L&T is situated on the second floor of B-28 in the BK Dutt Colony in New Delhi. It is an older neighborhood, and you can feel the history in the streets around here. Being on the second floor means we have to walk up the stairs every day, which is fine, keeps us moving. The office itself is just a regular Delhi setup. It’s not a shiny glass building like you might find in Gurgaon or Noida. We prefer it this way because it feels more like being part of a real community. The rooms are a bit small, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s where we get everything done. Delhi can be loud and frantic, but inside our space, we just focus on the task. We don't have a big marketing team or a scripted way of talking. If you call us or stop by, you are just talking to one of us. We manage the paperwork and the projects from these few rooms. It is practical and right in the heart of the city. BK Dutt Colony has a certain character that you don't get in the newer areas. We like the local shops and the way the tea stall around the corner always knows what we want. It is just a normal place for normal work. Delhi life is tough but we like it.
