Our spot is over in Ramesh Nagar. It’s 1C-16 in the Namdhari Colony. New Delhi -15 is where we call home for L&T. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood. We’ve got our office set up here and it suits us just fine. No one here wears a tie unless they really have to. We just get on with things. The colony is usually pretty active during the day. We’ve got some neighbors who have been here as long as we have. The office itself is nothing special, just a place to sit and work. We have a few desks and a shelf full of old ledgers. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. We don't have a big marketing budget. We just rely on being here and doing what we're supposed to do. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we all complain about it. That's just part of the day. We at L&T are just regular people. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do right by our tasks. Ramesh Nagar is a good place to be based. We've been here for years and we know the street pretty well. The front door sticks a little when it rains, so you have to give it a shove. We’ve been meaning to fix that. Namdhari Colony is the kind of place where you know your neighbors. We often see the kids playing in the street. It’s a nice background noise. We don't have any big meetings with fancy slides. We just sit around the table and figure things out. It’s a very hands-on approach. We keep a stash of biscuits for when we get hungry.
