Lanco Infratech Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in Mohan Garden, right on Gurudwara Road. It is a pretty crowded part of Uttam Nagar, but it has a lot of life to it and you can find almost anything you need just by walking down the street. Lanco Infratech Ltd. has been in this New Delhi spot for some time now. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long, which actually keeps us on our toes while we work. The building is at N-18. Most of our guys are usually out on the actual project sites, but this is where all the paperwork and planning happen. It is a very practical space for us. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights out front. If you know where the Gurudwara is, you can find us easily enough without any maps. We deal with construction and infrastructure stuff mainly. It gets pretty dusty in the summer months, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. It is definitely not the quietest office in the world, but it belongs to us. We have a small kitchen area in the back where we make coffee and sometimes heat up our lunch. Everyone is pretty laid back here. We do not worry about suits or ties much unless there is a very big meeting. We are just working through the daily tasks and trying to stay on schedule. It is a real place with real people doing the job.
