K.S.B Pharmaceuticals (India) Privatelimited

The office for K.S.B Pharmaceuticals (India) Privatelimited is at 129 First Floor, located within the Plot No. 32 To 57 range at the Block-C Community Centre in Janakpuri. It is a very busy part of South West Delhi. There are always people moving around and motorcycles parked everywhere. Being on the first floor is helpful because we can see what is happening in the market below. The space itself is quite large compared to some other offices nearby, but we have filled it up with enough shelves and desks that it feels small. We have a lot of pharmaceutical inventory to manage. The noise from the Community Centre is constant, but you get used to it after a week or so. We spend our afternoons mostly doing data entry and checking the batches that come in. The furniture is a bit mismatched. We bought some of it second-hand when we first moved in. There is a big window that lets in some sun, but we usually keep the blinds down because of the glare on the computer screens. Our team is just a few local people who live nearby. We do not have a dress code or anything formal like that. As long as the work gets done and the orders are correct, everyone is happy. It is a practical way to run things. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment arrives, and then we just order some food from the shops downstairs.
