Kebab And Curries

You can find Kebab And Curries over at Shop Number 13 in the C Block DDA Market. We are right in the middle of Vikaspuri in Delhi. This market is always a busy place, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping or just walking around. Our shop is not very large, but we make the most of the space we have. It is mostly me and a couple of other guys handling everything from the grill to the cleaning. We have been here in this same spot for a while, and we have gotten to know the other shopkeepers in the C Block pretty well. Delhi weather is usually either too hot or too cold, so we are always adjusting the fans or trying to keep the draft out. The market can get pretty crowded, and sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but it is a good spot to be in. We do a lot of work with our hands every day, prepping everything fresh so it does not sit around. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint soon, but for now, we just focus on keeping the kitchen running. It is a straightforward business without any bells and whistles. We just show up, do the work, and head home once the market starts to quiet down for the night. It is just how we make a living.
