Kalsi Tools

Kalsi Tools is located at 69 / 6A on Rama Road. This is over in the Ramesh Nagar area. It is an old part of the city, and the streets can be quite narrow and crowded. Our place is a basic industrial unit. We don’t have a big storefront with glass windows. It is more of a practical space where we store and handle tools. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves our purpose just fine. Inside, the walls are painted a dull white and there are metal racks everywhere. We spend a lot of time organizing things so we can find them when a customer asks. Rama Road is a hub for these kinds of businesses, so there is always a lot of activity outside. You can hear the sounds of metal clashing and engines running from the shops nearby. We keep our doors open to let the air circulate, even though it gets dusty. There is a small desk where we handle the billing. We use a regular notebook for most of our notes. It’s not a high-tech operation. We just know our tools and we know the people who use them. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a short break to drink from small glass cups. That is our daily routine. We’ve been at this address for many years now and don’t plan on moving. It's a busy life but it's what we know best.
