We are located at Shop 48 in the Sunder Plaza DDA Market, which is part of the GH-10 area in Paschim Vihar. Most locals know us because we’re right near the Mother Dairy. Being situated on the Outer Ring Road means it is always noisy and busy with traffic outside our doors. We’ve been running this barbecue spot for several years now. It’s a small shop, and it can get pretty smoky when the grill is full, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of cooking. We don't have much room for a lot of staff, so it’s usually just a few of us handling everything from the prep to the serving. We don't believe in using fancy language or making things sound better than they are. We just open up the shop, get the charcoal ready, and wait for the regulars to show up. Delhi can be a tough place to run a business, but we like the energy of Paschim Vihar. Sometimes the market gets a bit messy and crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. We just focus on our little corner and try to keep things moving. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We’ve seen a lot of shops come and go around Sunder Plaza, but we’re still here, doing the same thing we’ve always done.
