Our workshop is located at 69/6A on Rama Road within the Industrial Area. It is a busy stretch of road, especially during the mornings when everyone is trying to get their production lines moving. We deal in machine tools, which basically means a lot of heavy iron and steel components. The space is filled with things like lathes, milling equipment, and the various bits that make them work. It is a noisy environment most of the time because there is always something being tested or moved around. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls; instead, you’ll see diagrams and posters of machine parts. The floors are concrete and usually have a few oil stains, which is just part of the job. Most of our visitors are people who run their own small workshops or factories nearby. They come to us when they need a specific part or a tool that can handle heavy use. We keep things direct and honest. If a tool isn't right for the job, we say so. It’s about making sure the machines keep running so people can do their work. We’ve stayed in this spot because it is close to the heart of the manufacturing activity in Delhi. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and we know our way around every piece of equipment sitting on the floor. If you walk in, you might have to wait a second while we finish moving something heavy.
