Jmd Plastoware

Jmd Plastoware is our business located in the Rama Road Industrial Area. We are in the B-3 section at unit 71/2. Being in an industrial area like Rama Road means we are surrounded by all kinds of manufacturing plants. We focus on making and selling plastic products. Our setup is a mix of a small office and a production floor where the machines are. It’s often quite noisy and warm inside because of the molding processes. We started Jmd Plastoware with just one machine and a lot of hope. Over the years, we’ve added a bit more, but we still keep it a very local, hands-on operation. We don't have any polished corporate brochures or a marketing department. We just focus on making sure the batches of plastic goods are made correctly. The traffic on Rama Road can be really difficult, so we spend a lot of time coordinating our deliveries to avoid the worst of it. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. It’s a bit like a family here. We aren't looking to become a giant company; we’re happy just managing our daily orders and keeping things running smoothly. Most of our work comes from long-time clients who know we are just a regular, hard-working factory. We close up on Sundays to get some rest before starting again on Monday. It is hard work, but it is ours.
