Jai Mata Tools

You can find Jai Mata Tools up on the second floor at 15/90 Subhash Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we’re carrying boxes, but we’re used to it by now. The space isn’t huge, but it fits all the tools and equipment we keep in stock. We spend our mornings checking inventory and seeing what needs to be sent out to customers. Subhash Nagar is a crowded place, so finding parking out front can be a real headache some days. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, shelves full of hardware, and a few old chairs that have seen better days. We don’t go in for anything flashy. We just focus on getting people the tools they’re looking for without a lot of fuss. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three people are talking at once and the phone starts ringing, but we manage. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while, so we know most of the local shopkeepers. It feels more like a community than just a business district. On rainy days, the roof leaks a tiny bit near the back window, so we keep a bucket there. It’s just part of being in an older building. We like the work, though, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't mind the long hours as long as we get the work done right.
