Heritage Home

This place is located on Rohtak Road, right near the Bachpan School. It’s basically a big house that we’ve set up to take in guests who need a place to stay for a night or two. Being near a school means it gets pretty lively in the mornings when the parents are dropping off their kids. We aren’t a big hotel with a lobby and a fountain. It’s just a straightforward house with clean rooms and basic furniture. I live nearby, so I’m usually around if someone needs an extra towel or has a question about the buses. We do the laundry ourselves and make sure the beds are comfortable enough for a good sleep. Most of our guests are people visiting family in the area or folks passing through for work. It’s a bit of an older building, so you might hear a creak in the floor now and then, but it’s got a bit of character. We don’t have a big kitchen staff, so breakfast is usually something simple like tea and toast or whatever we have fresh that morning. We try to keep things quiet in the evenings so everyone can rest properly. It’s not a complicated business. We just provide a room and a key and let people go about their day. If you see the school, you’re pretty much at our doorstep.
