Grillz & Gravy

Our shop is at number 16 on Club Road in Punjabi Bagh. It is a busy little corner of Delhi and we are right near the cake shop which is lucky because people see us when they go for sweets. We have been here for a while now. Grillz & Gravy isn't a massive place but we make it work with what we have. The stoves stay hot all day long and the smell of the gravy usually drifts out onto the sidewalk. It is mostly my brother and I running the front while a few others help in the back. We spent a lot of our savings just to get the shutters painted and the counters put in. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes the kitchen almost unbearable but we just drink a lot of water and keep going. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just wrote the menu on some boards and put them up. Most of our customers are locals who live in the apartments nearby or people finishing work late. The parking on Club Road is a nightmare sometimes so we see a lot of people just double-parking to run in and grab their food. It gets stressful when the orders pile up but we try to keep a cool head. We just wanted a simple business to call our own and that is what this is. It is just daily work for us and we keep doing it.
