Our place, Gemco Tools (India) Regd., is over at Gh-14/293 in Paschim Vihar. It is a bit different from the other shops nearby. We spend most of our time here managing the stock and talking to people who come by looking for hardware. The address is pretty easy to find once you are in the Gh-14 section of the neighborhood. We have been here quite some time. It’s a basic shop, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is mostly boxes and rows of different tools. We try to keep things in order, but on busy days, it gets a little messy. That is just how a tool business works when you are moving things around all day. People in Paschim Vihar know where we are if they need something for their work. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. I spend a lot of time sitting at the desk or moving things around the shelves. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes the weather makes the day slow, but usually, there is something to do. We like the area and the people here. It is just a regular day-to-day business for us at the 293 unit. Nothing more, nothing less than a local shop doing its daily work.
