Our office is over at M-206 in Guru Hari Krishn Nagar, right in the Paschim Vihar area. It’s a decent place to work, even if the parking around here can be a real headache some afternoons. We handle a lot of computer systems and technical setups for people. The rooms are filled with monitors, old cables, and parts we’ve kept just in case someone needs a specific fix. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a tech startup in the movies. It’s more of a practical workspace where we spend our time troubleshooting software or putting towers together. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We get a lot of local folks from around Paschim Vihar coming in with their laptops. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what’s just junk. There’s a lot of coffee and tea consumed while we wait for things to install or update. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, so there’s no formality. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. The building itself is pretty standard for this part of Delhi. It gets dusty, and we have to clean the screens constantly. We don’t have a big mission statement, we just try to get the computers working again so people can go about their day without too much trouble.
