Faith International

Faith International has its office at B-2/85 in Paschim Vihar. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us, and we’ve been operating from this same building for a long time. We do a bit of everything when it comes to international trade, mostly acting as a bridge between different markets. The office is usually a bit messy with samples and catalogs lying around everywhere. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking the mail. We deal with a lot of different time zones, so sometimes the lights are on quite late or someone is in very early. It’s not the kind of place where you see people in suits every day. We’re more comfortable in casual clothes since we’re often moving boxes or going through inventory. Paschim Vihar is a good place to be, it’s got a bit of everything nearby. We’ve made a lot of friends with the other business owners on this block. There’s no big secret to how we work; we just show up and handle the orders as they come in. If something goes wrong, we try to fix it without making a big fuss. It’s just a straightforward operation here, nothing more and nothing less than that.
