You can find Engineers India Limited at B 1 468, on the first floor in Janakpuri, New Delhi. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise coming from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a whole lot of engineering documents. It’s the kind of place where work comes first and appearances come second. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us walking around with a cup of coffee or looking for a misplaced file. We deal with various engineering projects and try to keep everything on track. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when we have several things going on at once. We don't go in for big mission statements or marketing fluff. We just focus on the drawings and the numbers. That’s what being an engineer is about, really. The first-floor location in Janakpuri is convenient for us, and we’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the neighborhood. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and try to make sure everything is technically sound. It’s a no-nonsense environment, and that suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and work until the day is done. The commute can be tough, but we are used to it.
