Designing Pharma Aid

Our small spot is at Rzb-147/C in Janaki Puri, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something going on outside our door. We focus on the pharma side of things, mostly helping out with supplies and making sure people get what they need. The office itself is quite narrow. We have shelves lining almost every wall, filled with various products and boxes. It's not the kind of place you'd see in a magazine. It's a real working space where the floor might be a bit scuffed and the desks are covered in notebooks and pens. We spend a lot of time on the phone, usually trying to track down items that are hard to find. The traffic in Uttam Nagar can be a nightmare, so we try to get our deliveries sorted early in the morning before the roads get blocked. I usually have my tea while looking over the list of things we need to order for the next week. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. If someone walks in, they usually just shout for one of us from the front. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of working. We just try to keep the business going and help the local shops keep their stock up. It’s a lot of routine, but it keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast. We just do our best.
