D P Electricals is situated at A-217 in Karampura. We are right opposite Kanchan House, which makes us pretty easy to spot if you are looking for the place. We have been here for a good amount of time, dealing with all sorts of electrical components and supplies that folks need for their homes or small shops. Our space is filled with boxes of switches, rolls of wire, and various light fittings that we keep on the shelves. It’s a bit crowded inside because we like to have everything on hand, but we know where every little screw and fuse is kept. Karampura is a lively neighborhood and there is always something going on outside our door. We open up early and usually stay until late in the evening because that’s when people realize they need a bulb or a circuit breaker. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the stock well. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a short break, but mostly we are busy helping whoever walks in. Being opposite Kanchan House is helpful for giving directions to people who haven't visited us before. We just focus on keeping the shelves stocked and making sure we can help with whatever electrical bit someone is looking for. It is simple work but it keeps us busy every day of the week.
