Computech Systems

You can find Computech Systems at G-2, Balram House in Karampura. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to walk in with their broken computers. The shop is pretty small and usually smells like warm electronics. We have shelves full of old keyboards, power cables, and random parts we’ve kept over the years. Karampura is a crowded area, so there’s always people walking by the front door. We spend a lot of time hunched over desks with screwdrivers, trying to figure out why a motherboard isn't working or why a fan is making a weird noise. It’s not a very tidy place, to be honest. There are always half-finished repairs sitting on the counter. We don't have a receptionist; usually, you just talk to whoever isn't currently holding a soldering iron. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all have to wait around, but mostly we are busy. It gets loud in here when the street noise mixes with the sound of several computers running at once. We like being in Balram House because it’s a familiar spot for the locals. People know they can just drop by and ask a quick question without any fuss. We just do the work and try to get the machines back to their owners as fast as we can.
