Coffeeday Xpress

We start early in the morning, usually before the sun is fully up, to get the machines warmed up and everything ready for the first people coming by. Our spot at GG-II/38C in Vikas Puri isn't very large, just a small corner in the LIG flats area where we can serve coffee and quick snacks. It’s a busy little place, especially when everyone is rushing to work or school. We see a lot of the same neighbors every day, which is the best part of being here. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lounge, just the basics so people can grab their drink and go. Sometimes the milk delivery is a bit late and we have to wait, or the rain makes things a bit messy around the entrance, but we try to keep things moving. It’s mostly just us working behind the counter, making sure the orders are right. The noise from the street is always there, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't really do anything flashy; we just focus on making sure the coffee is hot and the snacks are fresh. It’s a simple routine, day in and day out. If you’re around the flats, you’ll probably hear the steam wand or see us cleaning up the counter between rushes. We just do our bit and keep the shop running for the locals in the neighborhood without making a big fuss about it.
