Avcon Engineers

Avcon Engineers is located over at 42/4 in the D.L.F area of Kirti Nagar. It’s an area known for work, and we fit right in. We aren't much for fancy decorations or big signs. Our place is basically a working engineering office and shop. We deal with a lot of technical designs and implementation. Most days, we are looking at drawings or talking to contractors about how to get a job done. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes with people coming in and out, but we manage to keep things moving. We’ve got a couple of desks piled with blueprints and a few tools lying around for when we need to check a prototype. The lighting isn't the best, and the tea is usually a bit too sweet, but it’s home for us. We don't spend money on marketing brochures. We’d rather just talk to a client and figure out the engineering problem they’re facing. If it’s something we can do, we say so. If not, we tell them that too. It’s a practical way to run a business. We have some guys who have been doing this for twenty years and some new kids learning the ropes. It’s a good mix. We just keep our heads down and do the engineering work that comes our way. The phones ring quite a bit, but we answer them when we can and get the details right.
