We’re located over in West Delhi, specifically in Mubarakpur. The address is House No C-24, Block C in Agar Nagar, Prem Nagar. It’s a very local neighborhood. You won't find any big glass towers around here. We run Atrangi Pharmaceuticals from this house. It feels more like a home than an office most of the time. We have rooms filled with medicine boxes instead of furniture. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We wake up, have some tea, and then start going through the orders. The streets are narrow, so we have to use smaller vans for the deliveries. It gets really hot in the summer here, and the fans just move the warm air around. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just try to get the orders right and keep our customers happy. Sometimes we make mistakes with the paperwork and have to spend the whole evening fixing it. It’s just how it is when you’re a small outfit. We know the people on our street and they know what we do.
