Anita Distributors Pvt Ltd is over at 38/1 Kirti Nagar in the DLF Industrial Area. We have been working out of this same building for a good number of years now. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when all the trucks are trying to navigate the narrow turns. Our daily routine is pretty much the same. We come in, check what arrived overnight, and start sorting through the paperwork. The office doesn't have much in the way of decoration, just some old calendars and a few chairs that have seen better days. My cousin handles most of the inventory while I deal with the people coming in. We handle distribution for a variety of things, mostly just keeping the shelves stocked and making sure the counts are right. It gets pretty dusty here because of all the construction going on down the road, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. We don't really do any big advertising or anything like that. Most people know us because they work nearby or they’ve been coming here for years. The tea guy comes around at eleven, and that is usually the highlight of our morning. It is not a fancy operation, just us doing our jobs every day. We try to be organized, but sometimes things get a bit messy when a big shipment arrives unexpectedly. That’s just how it is in Kirti Nagar. We stay until the last order is packed up, even if it gets late.
