Kirti Nagar is a place that never really stops, and we are right in the middle of it at B-96 in the WHS area. Aggarwal Petti Store is exactly what it sounds like. We deal with boxes and containers all day long. The warehouse is a big open space filled with stacks of items reaching up toward the ceiling. It can get a bit dark in the corners, but we know where everything is kept. There is always a truck backing in or a rickshaw being loaded up out front. It is hard work, and your back definitely feels it by the time evening rolls around. We don't have a fancy lobby with chairs for people to wait in. Usually, customers just stand near the entrance while we pull their order together. It is a bit dusty and the floor is concrete, but it works for what we do. We have been in Kirti Nagar for years, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we just keep doing our thing. We don't use big words to explain the business. We just provide the pettis that people need for their own trade. It is straightforward and honest. Sometimes we share a tea with the drivers while they wait for their loads. That is the kind of atmosphere we have here. It isn't polished, but it is real.
