We are based out of No. H-39 in Bali Nagar. It is a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the bigger industrial hubs in the city, but we stay plenty busy with our formulations. It is a private company, but to be honest, it feels more like a small family setup most days of the week. We have spent a lot of time getting our space organized so we can handle the mixing and packing without too much trouble. It is not a giant factory, but we have exactly what we need to get the batches done. People around here know us as the place that always has something brewing or being bottled up. We don't have a big sales team or a fancy reception area with a couch. Usually, you will just find one of us near the back working on a client order or checking the labels. The neighborhood is mostly residential with some small businesses mixed in, so we try to keep things tidy and not bother the neighbors too much. Sometimes things get a bit hectic when a large order comes in unexpectedly, but we just put our heads down and get it finished. It has been a long learning process over the years, figuring out the best way to do things without making a mess. We just want to make sure the products are decent and that the people buying them are satisfied enough to come back next time.
