We’ve been running things here at Abhinav Tooling Services Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time now. Our shop is located at 117, Extn., No. 11, right in the Nangloi area. It’s a busy spot, mostly filled with the sound of machines and people coming in and out all day. If you know the neighborhood, you probably know how the traffic gets around here, but we manage. We handle a lot of different tools and parts every day. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor making sure things are actually getting done. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we get our hands dirty. The floors aren't always spotless, and the desks are usually covered in drawings or bits of metal, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually working. We have a small crew and we all know each other pretty well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud, especially when the heavy equipment is running, but we’re used to it. People stop by to ask about specific parts or just to see if we can help with a quick fix. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down unless we really have to. Most of the business happens right there in Nangloi, face to face. It’s a straightforward way to work, and we prefer it that way. Just regular people doing regular work day in and out. There isn't any big secret to it, we just keep the machines moving along.
