Swadeshi Biryani Hose

We are located in Ramnagar, right beside the old bus depot in Hanamkonda. It’s a good spot because people are always coming and going from the buses. We specialize in biryani, which is what most people in Warangal are looking for when they’re hungry. We have these big pots out back where we slow-cook everything. It takes a lot of time, and you can't really rush it if you want it to taste right. My uncle taught me how to mix the spices when I was younger, and I still do it the same way he did. We don't have fancy menus or air conditioning that works all the time, but we have plenty of fans. The floor is concrete and easy to wash down at the end of the night. It gets messy when we are busy, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't a big corporation. It's just me and a few guys from the neighborhood running the show. We buy our rice from the same supplier we’ve used for years. We trust him and he trusts us. Some days we sell out early, and other days we have plenty left over. That’s just the way the business goes. If you are near the old bus depot and smell something good, that’s probably us. Just look for the sign near the depot and walk in.
