KANISHKHA BIRYANI HOUSE

Kanishkha Biryani House is located in Parkal on Mogullapalli Road. We are right near the bus depot, so there is always a crowd nearby. When the buses pull in, we get a sudden rush of people who are hungry from their travels. Warangal heat can be pretty intense, so the kitchen feels like a furnace most days. We spend hours over big pots of rice and meat, getting the smell just right. You can usually smell the spices from down the street. It’s a simple building and we don't have fancy signs or cool air conditioning that works all the time. People in 506164 know us for being a straightforward place. We don't have a long history written down or a list of goals. We just want to make enough biryani for everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the rice is a little different depending on what we could buy at the market, but that’s just how it is. We wash the floors every night and start all over again the next morning. The staff lives nearby, and we all know the neighbors on Mogullapalli Road. It’s a busy life, especially with the bus depot noise, but we like being part of the community here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. If you want a plate of food and a place to sit, we are here for you most days. It is just the way we have always done things.
