DESI KITCHEN BIRYANI & KABABS

Our kitchen is located in Nakkalagutta, right near the Ambedkar Statue in Hanamkonda. It’s a busy intersection in Warangal. We have been operating out of house number 1-8-445 for some time now. It’s mostly known for the biryani and kababs we make. We aren't a big restaurant with waiters in uniforms. It’s more of a local spot where people come because they know us. The kitchen is always buzzing with the sound of knives and stoves. It gets quite smoky when the kababs are on the grill, but that's how it goes. Hanamkonda is a fast-growing area, but we’ve tried to keep things simple here. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the stuff we've always used. The staff are mostly local guys from around the 506001 pin code area. We don't have a website or any big ads. People just see the sign near the statue and walk in. Sometimes we run out of things early if the crowd is big, but we try our best. It’s just a small family-run type of place. We've been here long enough that the locals consider us part of the neighborhood. The morning starts with getting the meat fresh and the spices ground. We don't cut corners because we eat here too. It is just a plain kitchen doing its thing. If you are in Warangal, you probably already know where we are. We keep things honest and the fire burning.
