If you're driving down the Darga 100 Feet Road in Kazipet, you'll find us not too far from the NIT. We've been at this spot for a while, and it's a busy stretch of road. Being a dhaba, we don't go in for anything fancy. It's mostly about having a place where people can stop, eat, and then get back on their way. We get a lot of students from the college because we're so close, and they usually show up in big groups. It can get pretty loud and lively when they're around. The kitchen stays busy almost all day. We do the cooking in a way that’s familiar to everyone around Warangal. There’s no secret to it, just regular ingredients and a lot of heat. The chairs might not be the most comfortable you’ve ever sat in, and the lighting is just basic, but that’s not really why people come to a dhaba anyway. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch and dinner rushes. It's hard work, and the heat from the stoves can be a lot in the summer. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just us here on the road. We see all kinds of people, from truck drivers to families. We just keep the food ready and the doors open. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we’re used to it. Nothing more, nothing less than that.
