Ruchi Pure Veg Restaurant

We opened Ruchi Pure Veg Restaurant here on Pinna Vari Veedhi in Warangal. It’s right beside Thota Kilasam Kiranam, which is a landmark most locals know well. We decided to stick to vegetarian food because that’s what we know best. It’s a small place, nothing too grand. We spend most of our time in the kitchen making sure the sambar and rice are ready on time. The street outside can get a bit narrow and crowded with bikes, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve got a few tables inside. It’s not the kind of place where you’d stay for hours, but it’s good for a quick lunch. We use the same ingredients we’d use at home. Sometimes we run out of certain items if the lunch rush is bigger than we expected. We don't use any fancy machines, just regular pots and pans. Working in a kitchen is hard work, especially when the weather in Warangal gets hot. But we’ve got used to the heat. We know many of our customers by name since they live right around the corner. We don't do much advertising. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors. If you’re walking down Pinna Vari Veedhi and see the sign next to the kiranam shop, that’s us. We just try to keep things honest and the food fresh every day. It’s a simple way to make a living.
