Vizag Steels

We are located in Unit No. 418-B, over in Sector-6 of Ukkunagaram. If you know the area, you know it is very much a steel town, so being here at Vizag Steels feels right. The unit itself is not very big, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. We spend most of our time moving stacks of steel around and making sure the numbers match up on our sheets. It gets quite warm inside the warehouse during the afternoon, and we usually have the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can get. It is mostly a practical operation. We don’t have fancy brochures or a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door is the one who helps out. We’ve been in Ukkunagaram long enough to know most of the people around this sector. The work can be a bit repetitive, honestly, just checking grades and weights, but it is what we know how to do. Some days are busier than others when the big shipments come in, and everyone has to pitch in to get things sorted. We just focus on getting the tasks done without making a big fuss about it. It is a decent place to work, and we have a good rhythm going after all these years. That is pretty much the whole story of our little unit here.
