Abhijeet Ferrotech Ltd. is located at Plot No. 50 51 in the Apsez area. Being out in the SEZ means we have a bit more space than some of the older industrial areas in the city. The plots are numbered 50 and 51, and we have a fairly large setup there. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s where the work happens. The facility is mostly open space with high ceilings to keep the air moving. We deal with ferro-related work, so it's a gritty, heavy environment. There’s no avoiding the dust and the soot. The workers wear heavy boots and gear because it’s a tough place to spend a shift. We have a small office block near the gate, but it’s pretty basic inside. We use it mostly for checking the weight of the trucks coming in and out. The scale is one of the most important things we have. We don't spend time on fancy speeches or brochures. The work we do speaks for itself when the trucks leave the gate. It’s a quiet area compared to the city, but inside the gate, it’s always busy. We have a schedule to keep and we try to stick to it. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we don't need much direction. We just show up, do the hours, and make sure the material is processed. It’s a steady, hard-working life out here at Apsez.
