Our office is located at Shop No 115 in the Mangalagiri Complex, which is a pretty well-known spot in Gajuwaka. Being in Visakhapatnam, specifically the New Gajuwaka area, means we are right in the middle of all the local trade and noise. Vijetha Associates New has been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the complex change over the years as new shops come and go. It’s a straightforward place to work from. The shop isn't very large, but it fits everything we need to handle our daily business. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who drop by the complex for their own errands. The weather here in Vizag can get quite humid, so we usually have the fan going at full speed all day long. It’s a busy atmosphere with people walking through the corridors of the complex constantly. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that; it’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. Most of our clients are local folks who know the area well and find us while they are out shopping or doing bank work nearby. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork piles up when we are busy. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right in a busy part of the city. We don't overcomplicate things, we just show up and do the work every morning.
