We’ve been running Fidalgo Estates Pvt. Ltd. out of the Ratnamala Residency for a while now. If you know Akkayyapalem Main Road, you know it gets pretty busy with traffic and people moving about. We’re up on the second floor. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we handle property stuff. Most days it’s just us sitting around desks, talking to people who want to buy or rent something nearby. The building itself is easy to find once you get used to the turns. We started this because we knew the area well. It isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the best part of the afternoon. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone. People come in, ask about land or flats, and we tell them what’s available. It’s mostly local folks we deal with. The office gets a bit warm in the summer, but the fans work okay. We don't spend much on big signs or anything. We just focus on the work right here in the residency. It’s a decent spot to be. Most of our neighbors are also just regular businesses doing their thing. We’ve seen the road change a lot over the years, more shops opening up and more cars every day. We’re just here doing our bit in the real estate world.
