K.Raheja Corp

The office for K.Raheja Corp is down at D.No-2-267 in Indira Gandhi Nagar, over by the Old Dairy Farm area in Visakhapatnam. Vizag is a coastal city, so we get that salty air and humidity all year round, which you can definitely feel when you walk into our workspace. This isn't some high-rise office; it’s a functional spot in a part of town that has its own local character. We spend our days managing various real estate and corporate tasks that come across our desks. There’s always someone coming in from the Old Dairy Farm side or heading towards the main city center. The office itself is pretty basic with some filing cabinets and a few desks where we keep track of everything. We’ve seen Indira Gandhi Nagar grow quite a bit since we set up here. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it’s where the work happens. Sometimes the local monkeys from the nearby trees cause a bit of a distraction, but we just go back to our paperwork. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a map of the local area. It’s a plain, honest place to work, and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now in 530040. We usually close up around six, once the sun starts setting over the city hills.
