Our office for Lanco Hills Tech. Park (P) Ltd. is located in Visakhapatnam. We are at Q.No: A-11/1 in Sciendhia Newcolony, which is part of the Gandhigram area. It’s a bit of a residential feeling around here, which makes it a nice place to work. The building itself is quite modest. It’s an older colony, so the roads have some character and the trees are well-grown. We’ve been here for some time now, handling the various requirements of the tech park project. It’s not a flashy setup at all. We have our computers, some filing cabinets, and a kettle for tea. That’s about all we need. Most of our staff lives nearby in Vizag, so the commute isn't too bad unless the weather gets rough. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We just speak plainly and do the work that’s expected of us. Sometimes we have to deal with the humidity, but the sea breeze from the coast helps a bit. People who come to see us usually appreciate the quiet atmosphere of Sciendhia Newcolony. It’s a straightforward operation. We aren't trying to win any awards for our office decor. We just want to make sure the business stays on track. It’s a humble spot, but it’s ours and we’ve made it work for years. We usually wrap things up by late evening and lock the gate. It's a good place to be.
