Vijay Chandran

I’m based at GF-6 in the Vishvakala Apartments. That’s in the Doctors Colony part of Pedda Waltair here in Visakhapatnam. My name is Vijay Chandran and I’ve been running things from this ground-floor unit for a while. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people don’t have to hunt for elevators. The apartment complex is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the day. I have a small office setup that isn't very fancy, but it works for me. I’ve got my computer, my files, and a shelf full of reference books. I don’t have a big team or anything like that. It’s mostly just me handling the various tasks that come through the door. I’ve lived and worked in the 530017 area for a long time, so I know the neighborhood well. People around here are friendly, and I like the local vibe. I don't use any marketing tricks or big slogans to get attention. Most of the people I deal with come to me because they know me or were told about me by someone else. I keep my door open when I’m in, and I just get through the work one step at a time. It’s a straightforward life and I like the simplicity of it. There’s no need for corporate polish when you’re just a local guy doing honest work in a quiet corner of the city. I’m usually around if you need to drop something off or ask a quick question.
