I’ve been around Vizag for a long time now. My setup here is pretty simple, just me and a couple of others trying to keep things moving. We’re over in the 530001 area, right in the heart of the city where it’s always busy. Sometimes the traffic is a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. People usually find us by word of mouth because we don't really do big ads or anything like that. It’s mostly just hard work and showing up every day. I started this because I wanted to do something for myself. It wasn't always easy, and there were days when I wondered if I should have just taken a regular office job, but here we are. We handle whatever comes through the door. Some days are slow, and we just sit around drinking tea and talking about the weather or the local news. Other days, we’re running around like crazy. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation like this. We try to be fair with everyone who walks in. You won’t find any fancy reception area or anything, just a desk and some chairs. It’s basic, but it works for us. We know most of our neighbors and it feels like a community. If you're looking for us, we're right there in Visakhapatnam. It’s home, and we’re not going anywhere.
