Operating Computer Services at Nad Junction in Visakhapatnam keeps us pretty busy because there is always someone with a broken screen or a slow laptop. Our shop is tucked away in Shanti Nagar, right near the NSTL area, which is a very active part of the city. We have a lot of old parts and cables lying around, which might look like a mess to someone else, but we know exactly where everything is. People bring in their machines when they are frustrated, and we spend our time trying to figure out what went wrong. It is a lot of staring at small screws and blinking screens, but we enjoy the challenge of fixing things. Since we are in Andhra Pradesh, we get people coming from all over the local area. The noise from the junction is something you just learn to ignore after a while. We are not some big corporate repair center with fancy uniforms; we are just guys who know how to work on computers. Most of our day is spent at the workbench with a soldering iron or a screwdriver in hand. We try to be fair with people about how long a repair will take, even if parts are sometimes hard to find. It is a practical business for a digital age, located in a spot where people can easily drop things off. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in.
