Vasavi Steels

Vasavi Steels is right on Market Road, directly opposite the Municipal Complex. If you have ever been to this part of town, you know that Market Road is almost always blocked with carts and people and bikes, so it takes a bit of patience to get to us. We have a large open area where we keep the steel rods and sheets, and you can hear the sound of metal clanging throughout the day. The office is a tiny little room off to the side where we keep the invoices and a very old telephone that still rings louder than anything else in the building. It’s a bit of a mess in there, to be honest, with papers and samples of different grades of steel scattered across the desk. We don’t really worry about the decor because we are too busy getting orders out to the local builders. Being across from the Municipal Complex is handy because people use it as a landmark to find us. We've been operating out of this same spot for years, and we know most of the other shop owners on the street. It’s a noisy, busy environment, but we wouldn’t really know what to do with ourselves if it was quiet. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure every customer gets exactly what they asked for without any fuss or delay. It's just simple hard work.
