Steel Plant Admin Building

Working out of the Cds Bldg. in Gajuwaka is where most of the paperwork happens for the steel plant. It is called the Steel Plant Admin Building, and it is exactly what it sounds like. There are desks, files, and a lot of people moving around between different offices. We handle the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps the actual plant running from this side of things. Gajuwaka is a busy area, and being in the admin block means you see everyone coming and going all day long. It is not an exciting place to be, but the plant needs it to keep going. We spend a lot of time on computers or on the phone, trying to sort out schedules and paperwork for the workers and the supplies. The building itself has been here for a while and shows its age a bit, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the air feels heavy because of the nearby industrial work, but that is just life here. We have a cafeteria where most of us grab lunch and talk about the day. It's just a lot of routine, really. You come in, you handle your stack of papers or your emails, and you go home. We are just the folks making sure the numbers and the people are where they need to be so the steel gets made. It is steady work in a big, busy building with its own rhythm.
