Sri Karthik Traders

Our shop, Sri Karthik Traders, is tucked into Poorna Market at Plot No 27-6-3, right on Spring Road. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know how loud and busy it gets. There’s always someone shouting or a cart moving past. We’ve been trading here for a long time, and our space is filled to the ceiling with bags and boxes. It’s a bit cramped, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We mostly handle general trading of goods, and our day usually starts way before the sun is up to beat the morning rush. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit steep, so moving heavy loads is a real workout. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big sales pitch. We just talk to the people who walk in and try to help them find what they need. Sometimes we have a bit of a wait if the delivery truck is late because of the market traffic, but everyone around here understands how it works. Our staff is just a few local guys who know everyone in the neighborhood. We eat our lunch together in the back room and then get back to weighing and packing. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in the middle of all the market chaos while the sun is still up.
