Acc Concrete Limited(Holicim)

This branch is situated in Mangalapalem in the Kothavalasa area, which is within the Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh. You will usually find P Francis here overseeing the activities at the site. We have been part of the Acc Concrete setup for a while now, operating under the Holcim umbrella. The work we do is pretty basic but keeps everyone busy from dawn until dusk. Our location is right in the heart of where a lot of local building work happens. It is a gritty job, dealing with raw materials and heavy trucks all the time. We don't have a polished corporate headquarters; it's more of a functional yard where the work actually happens. The drivers know the backroads of the district well, which helps when we have to get to some of the more remote sites. Life here follows the pace of the construction season. When it rains heavily, things slow down, but otherwise, it is a constant cycle of mixing and moving. We deal with the heat and the dust every day, and we don't complain much about it. It’s just how the business is. Most of the staff live nearby, so there is a bit of a community feel to the place. We keep an eye on the equipment and make sure the supplies are coming in. It is not glamorous, but it is what we know how to do, and we just stick to that day in and day out without making a big deal out of it.
