SEATREE INFRA LLP operates out of Pandurangapuram in Visakhapatnam. Our place is at 7-5-108/1, and if you are familiar with Vizag, you know it’s a pretty active neighborhood. Being near the coast means we get that salty air, which is nice but it does make the office equipment a bit rust-prone if we aren't careful about it. We are an infrastructure firm, so we are often dealing with big plans and site reports. The office is a mix of old furniture and some newer computers we bought last year. We have a small kitchenette where we make coffee and tea throughout the day. It’s usually a bit messy with mugs and spoons because no one really wants to do the washing up right away. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and vendors. The streets outside can get crowded, especially during the peak hours, so we try to schedule our site visits early in the morning before things get too crazy. Our team is a mix of people who have lived in Visakhapatnam their whole lives and a few who moved here for work. We don't have fancy uniforms or a strict dress code. Most days it’s just casual shirts and trousers. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to stay on top of the project timelines. We have a big whiteboard where we scribble notes and deadlines, though half the time the markers are running dry and we have to find new ones.
