Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited

If you ever go down to the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, you will find us in the Cds Building. Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited is a big name, but for those of us working here every day, it’s just our workplace. The plant itself is huge, almost like a city on its own. It takes a while just to get from the main gate to where we are located. Inside the Cds Building, things are usually pretty busy. There is a lot of paperwork and coordinating to be done to keep a place this size running smoothly. You can hear the hum of the machinery and the sounds of the plant in the background most of the time. It’s a lot of metal and concrete around here, not like a typical office in the middle of a town. We have a lot of people coming and going, all doing different jobs to make sure the steel gets made and sent out. It’s hard work, and the environment can be a bit tough sometimes, but we are a solid group. We don't really have time for anything flashy. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. Even though it’s a big organization, we just take it one day at a time. It’s interesting to see how everything comes together in such a massive place.
