Our place is right inside Laxmi Niwas Apartments, specifically in room 305. If you know Ameerpet at all, you know how crowded it gets with all the traffic and people moving about constantly. We’ve been set up in this building for some time now. It’s more of an office space for us than a regular storefront where people walk in off the street. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through paperwork on our desks. The elevator in the building sometimes acts up or is too slow, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like to. It’s a busy part of town and can be quite tiring. We handle a lot of the logistics and planning from this small desk. It’s not a huge team here, just a few of us making sure things get where they need to go. Sometimes people walk in looking for other businesses in the apartments, and we just point them the right way. We drink a lot of tea while going through the inventory lists every afternoon. The view from the window is just more buildings and the main road filled with cars. It gets very noisy with the horns honking outside all day. We try to keep things organized, though papers always seem to pile up by the end of the week. It’s just how it goes when you’re working in a hub like this. We've gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood.
