Lalitha Metals

Lalitha Metals is over at A-1 & 2 in the A.P.I.E. section of Autonagar. It’s an older part of the industrial estate, and we’ve been tucked away here for a good bit. The workshop is pretty large since we have two units joined together. It’s usually a bit dark inside until we get the lights on and the welding sparks start flying. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions for us. We just make metal parts. Most of our day is spent moving heavy sheets around or checking the machines for issues. The noise is constant, but you get used to it after a few days of working here. We know most of the neighbors around A-1 and A-2. We share some of the same struggles, like the heat in the afternoon and the trucks blocking the narrow lanes outside. There’s no air conditioning here, just a few big fans that don’t do much when it's really hot. It’s honest work. We don’t promise things we can’t do. If a job is going to take a week, we say it takes a week. People come to us because they know where we are and what we do. We’ve seen Autonagar change a lot over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same. It’s just a place where people work hard with their hands and try to keep things moving forward every day without any big complaints.
