Essar Steels Under Contract Basis

This is where we work from in Visakhapatnam. The address is D/No 21-138/3 over in Kakani Nagar. It is the house of A. Narayana Swamy, who is the son of Late Appa Rao. It is a residential area mostly, so it does not feel like a cold office building. We operate Essar Steels on a contract basis from here. Being near N. A. D Post makes it easy for people to find us once they get into the right lane. It is a simple setup in a regular neighborhood in Andhra. We do not have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. It is just us handling the contracts as they come in. The space is a bit tight sometimes with all the papers and the desk, but we make it work. We have been in this spot for a good while. The neighbors are used to us being here. It is a quiet street for the most part, except when the school buses go by. We handle the steel contracts and keep track of the schedules. It is a lot of phone calls and writing things down. Nothing fancy. We like the fact that it is a local spot. You do not have to deal with big security gates or elevators here. Just knock on the door. It is an honest way to run things. We have got our routine down and we stick to it. That is pretty much the whole story of this office.
