We’re located over in Gandhinagar, Eluru, specifically at Sabbulavari Street. The office is part of Sri M. Ranga Rao’s place. It’s a typical street in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. We aren't in a big industrial park or a fancy glass building. It’s a very local, neighborhood feel. Working for Essar Steel Ltd from this location means we’re close to the people we serve. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials for running a business. We spend our time tracking shipments and talking to local vendors. It’s hot here most of the year, so we just try to stay cool and get the work finished. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. It’s a very grounded way to work. People walk by on the street and wave, and that’s how we like it. We’re just a small part of the bigger steel operation, handling things on the ground here in Eluru. There’s nothing complicated about it.
